Important information regarding Spurs Game

Please be advised that this Sunday’s match against Tottenham Hotspurs, the Lordswood complex will be very busy. This weekend is also the Annual Petanque International tournament to which there is estimated to be around 46 teams of 8 players.

We ourselves are estimating that we are expecting a crowd of around 300.

Parking will be limited at in the car park, and you will need to park outside on the main road. Coaches will need to drop off at the main entrance and find a suitable parking area, there is an industrial area around the corner.

Also due to the Petanque tournament our Kiosk for food and drink will be open to those as well therefore our turnstile and gate will be used frequently, please be advised that you will need to either have a valid ticket to enter the ground for football, or if purchasing on the gate you will receive a ticket, this will give you free access from the pitch area to the refreshments.

Lordswood Social Club will also be running a BBQ and you will be able to purchase food from that and there will be a Mobile Bar in the car park. However please note under rules of the ground no Alcohol is allowed inside the venue.

It will be a testing time for all staff involved in organising this day and your patience and support is gratefully appreciated.
