TV Exclusive: Gills v Spurs match action

Gillingham Ladies produced another good performance to go top of the league, beating Tottenham Hotspur 3-1. Our cameras were there once again to capture some video footage from the match, which you can watch exclusively here on the official website of Gillingham Ladies FC.
Ashlee Hincks carried on where she left off against Cambridge last week and was a constant threat to the Spurs back four. It took a great save from Ebony Cabey-Gooden to prevent the long-range lob from finding the net.
Natalie Crinean made it two goals in two Gills games midway through the first half when she broke clear of the Spurs defence and found the bottom corner with this cool finish.
Natalie was a constant thorn in Spurs’ side and on another day could easily have bagged a hat-trick. This was just one example of Nat’s powerful centre-forward play on the day.
Ashlee scored twice in the second half to ensure victory for the Gills. Her second was another impressive solo goal.
