Fixtures altered.. Ipswich cancelled….Spurs to host Gills this Sunday

Gillingham’s away tie against Ipswich this Sunday has been cancelled, and the Gills are set to travel to play Spurs instead.
Its been a fixture secretary’s nightmare these last few weeks, with FA Cup ties and county cup ties taking preference add the torrid weather its certainly made things difficult.
The Gills have not competed in the league since there away victory against Lewes at the end of October.
Ipswich have been hit hard by the weather and this Sunday they are forced for the 3rd consecutive Sunday to try and play there County Cup tie, so the league have juggled the fixtures around to try to accomodate the best they can.
The following fixture changes apply:-
6th December – Ipswich away has been cancelled and we will now travel to face Tottenham Hotspurs
13th December – FA Cup 3rd tie against Southern Prem league leaders at home to Barnet
3rd January – The home tie against Ebbsfleet has been put on hold and we will now travel up the M1 to MK Dons instead.
The reserves also had a change as there recent postponed league cup tie against Gravesham will now take place on 3rd January at Lordswood F.C
