Reserve League Cup Draw

Published by Gillingham Ladies Media on July 29, 2010

Yesterday saw the draw for the Reserve team League Cup Round One and Gills were handed one of toughest draws possible.

Not only that but they face one of the longest trips as well as they travel to Yeovil Ladies on Sunday 26th September for the first round clash.

Reacting to the draw manager Aaron Perry, said: “Any game of that distance is always going to be difficult, but we will prepare our team to win any game we go into.

“This season our aims are to stay in all cup competitions for as long as possible, but I believe with what I have seen in the girls they want this as much as us. Which is a really positive sign that we are going in the right direction.”
