Do you want to help one of the biggest up and coming Womens teams to keep pushing further forward. Gillingham Ladies Football Club is expanding, in order to promote Womens & Girls football in Kent, and to push the club into the National Division with a focus and drive to in the future be a contender to apply for The FA Womens Super League.
Gillingham Ladies have created some exciting departments, we now need people to come on board.
Commercial Manager
This is a Commission driven role, we seek an enthusiastic person with good personal skills to create a relationship with local and national businesses to promote the club and womens football & to seek sponsorship opportunities. You will also be required to run fundraising activities, and to launch weekly and monthly fundraising initiatives (100 Club, Bonus Ball etc) that will bring in a regular stream of income for the club. This role would suit someone that wants to supplement their income or at college. Great rewards for someone who is prepared to put in the effort.

Media Assistant
This is an ideal position for a keen enthusiastic person who is keen to get into the media industry. You will work under the guidance of our media manager, and will given access to the players and coaches to do interviews, and features for the website and match day programme. You will be required to attend all the home games on a Sunday, and would have the opportunity to travel to the away games, to do a full match summary.
This is a voluntary role and will be a great addition to any CV and a great opportunity for someone who is studying visual media at college/university.

Cameraman
This is an ideal position for a keen enthusiastic person who is keen to get into the media industry. You will be required to film the games for our new highlights package, and performance Video Analysis department. After match interviews will also be required. You will be required to attend all the home games on a Sunday, and would have the opportunity to travel to the away games to film them as well.
This is a voluntary role and will be a great addition to any CV and a great opportunity for someone who is studying visual media at college/university.

Community Development Officer
This is an ideal position for a keen enthusiastic person who is keen to run their own football schools throughout Kent. The aim of this department is to promote women & girls football alongside Gillingham Ladies Football Club. For the right person with the right drive and ambition initially this will be a part time role, but could be built up to be a permanent source of employment. We will be looking for the right person to set up courses during school holidays, with evening courses and linking in with local schools also a possibility.
This is a paid role (per course per session), with the incentive of the more courses that are run and the more students that participate the more you could potentially earn.
The successful candidate will have at least a Level 2 Coach, hold a Full FA CRB & First Aid Trained, and have own car and full driving license.
